Chief Of Staff

The Role

We are seeking a Chief of Staff to coordinate and manage the essential activities of our business, making strategic plans to ensure all business functions are efficient and at their most productive. The ideal candidate will advise on projects and is the main organizer and planner of company initiatives, attending to the minute details while staying attuned to the macro vision of business operations.


As Chief of Staff, you will work with and report directly to the CHAIRMAN, relaying messages and ideas from other senior executive leaders to improve the internal functions and processes of the company. You must be a creative and results-driven thinker, an excellent problem solver and possess incredible interpersonal skills to effectively manage staff and act as the central contact for all business communications.


Key tasks and Responsibilities

• Oversee strategic business initiatives from development through successful execution under the guidance of senior leadership and departmental heads.
• Review, design, and execute on improvements to org structure, find knowledge and skills gaps and help address them
• Help coordinate business-wide procedures and work to improve existing processes for maximum clarity, efficiency, and success
• Oversee daily operations through collaboration with senior management and department leaders, performing an array of administrative tasks from managing calendars, generating correspondence, maintaining hard copy and electronic files, planning and coordinating annual corporate meetings, and scheduling facilities
• Act as a main consultant to the Chairman
• Build strong relationships with employees and oversee their progress, noting any issues or successes
• Manage company calendar and ensure deadlines are being met
• Work with and/or lead cross-functional teams
• Be a liaison for staff, chief executives, department leaders, and Chairman
• Assist Chairman with internal communication, meeting with HR leaders and attending to staff needs, ensuring any problems are resolved
• Keep Chairman abreast on current company climate (employee wellbeing, project statuses, new proposals, etc.)
• Work with team leaders and present to senior executives
• Attend executive meetings and deliver progress reports to Chairman


Key to Your Success in This Role Will Be

• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in leadership role executing significant strategic, operational, and cultural agendas calling for considerable changes.
• Results driven, able to collaborate and ability to influence stakeholders
• Strong data analysis skills, program and project management experience
• Highly energetic and self-motivated, a team player
• Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks, to prioritize those tasks and meet deadlines

Chief Transformation Officer

The Role

We are looking for an experienced and highly capable leader will significantly improve the chances of a successful transformation. At the heart of the CTO’s role is an ability to strike the right balance between carrot and stick, between short-term improvement and long-term value, and between making sure line managers themselves drive the responsibility for change and personally ensuring they deliver results quickly and with suitably high ambition.


Key tasks and responsibilities

• Collaborate with system leadership to develop a system-wide high performing infrastructure.
• Strategically plan infrastructure components that allow decision making from multiple data sources that will support the execution of the various strategically prioritized initiatives.
• Establish personal and professional credibility and proactively build strong relationships; the CTO must be viewed as an engaged, present, creative, connected and values-driven individual.

• Partner with the finance on all financial reporting and financial analytics activity.
• Stimulate innovation through educational programs, seminars, retreats and hosting visits of business, government, civic and community leaders.
• Support compliance by maintaining the privacy and confidentiality of information, protecting, and adhering to applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations, accreditation, and licenser requirements (if applicable), and company policies and procedures.

Key to Your Success in This Role Will Be

• Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a similar field.
• A minimum of 8 years of leadership experience in a large, complex organization leading and managing organizational change and performance improvement.
• Experience developing and implementing digital strategies, plans and programs with a strong ability to think from concept through execution, and apply principles and techniques of strategic planning and systems thinking.
• Experience in joint venture, franchise and licensing agreements development or evaluation of proposed transactions.
• Experience in understanding the process, challenges and requirements associated with defining, evaluating, starting, or terminating projects.
• Knowledge of delivery system operations, managed care operations, strategic planning, and overall service delivery, and quality initiatives.

The Role

Key tasks and responsibilities

• Maintain a comprehensive program for compliance, risk controls, and reviews throughout the organization to ensure company-wide compliance with banking laws and regulatory matters at the federal and state level;
• Recommend, develop, and implement changes to existing and proposed procedures, policies, and programs, oversee revision, reparation and dissemination of new and updated compliance standards and procedures

The Role

The specialist will assist in hiring manager with Reverse Merger or Reverse Initial Public Offering (IPO), which will enable a private company to be listed on the markets.


Key tasks and responsibilities

Analyze Security Performance and Pricing
• The primary duty of the equity analyst is gathering and assessing data related to securities including stocks, bonds, and exchange-traded funds. The equity analyst uses a variety of data-gathering and analysis tools and techniques ranging from analyzing financial reports and statements to examining the market performance of similar companies to gather a complete picture of stock and bond performance and investment opportunities.
Develop Forecasts and Projections
• Equity analysts also develop financial projections and forecasts that are used by investment advisors and brokers. In this aspect of the role, the equity analyst uses many data-modeling programs and methodologies, combined with performance and financial data they have gathered and analyzed, to provide investment advisors with all of the information they need to make financially sound decisions regarding stocks and bonds.
Provide Investment Advice
• Another major responsibility of the equity analyst is providing direct advice on securities to buy, sell, and hold. This aspect of the role is highly collaborative, requiring the analyst to develop and deliver reports to sales, trading, and investment teams to aid in decision-making and ensure profitability through intelligent, well-researched investments and strategies. Equity analysts may also provide models and reports at the investment committee’s request.
Monitor Industry Trends and News
• In this role, equity analysts need to stay on top of industry trends and news related to stocks and bonds that they are examining. Because markets can shift rapidly based on news and reports, the equity analyst needs to ensure that the data they provide to investment professionals is constantly up to date and reflects both large-scale and smaller changes in the market from day to day, since these can have a big impact on valuation and performance.
Prepare Internal and External Reports
• Throughout the analysis and valuation process, equity analysts also prepare a number of reports for both internal use and public presentation. For equity analysts working with valuation of stocks leading up to an IPO, this can include developing a prospectus and issuing data to the media prior to the IPO. Internal reports include detailed financial data and analysis based on cash flow reports, industry analysis, and risk factors.

PE Analyst

The Role

You will work with leadership to shape the landscape of assets and tools across sectors – and will help to leverage these assets to deliver client proposals and ongoing projects.

In this role your tasks will range from building enhanced market models and the development of detailed industry views. You will build, maintain and manage PE practices' knowledge assets. Also, you will leverage existing and develop new standardized due diligence modules such as market models, customer survey design, expert interviews and synthesizing external reports to clients and teams in collaboration.


Key tasks and responsibilities

• Interface on a daily basis with Managing Directors and Portfolio Company CEO’s, CFO’s and Board of
• Directors members, providing business related analysis and guidance
• Develop and help implement strategies for specific portfolio companies to increase revenue, improve operations, strengthen financial controls, and increase shareholder value
• Extensive financial modeling including sensitivity analysis to support potential investment opportunities
• Provide financial evaluation of project investment opportunities including review of project documents such as power purchase agreements, steam agreements, fuel contracts, and financing agreements
• Participate in negotiations on behalf of the firm for new investments dealing with partnership arrangements, financing arrangements, and other project contacts which impact the project return
• Provide ongoing monitoring of assets with the firm’s portfolios including review of monthly operating results and maintaining project performance
• Engage and lead project developers, project partners, financial institutions and consultants on matters related to the financial performance of projects and investments
• Establish and maintain relationship with industry, trade and professional organizations to enhance visibility of the firm and its portfolio companies in the market place


Key to Your Success in This Role Will Be

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, econometrics, or a related field with a consistent outstanding academic record (Master’s degree a plus)
• 1-3 years of experience in private markets, consulting, banking or accounting
• In-depth knowledge of due diligences (e.g. market modeling, expert interviews, external report analyses, conducting surveys, etc.)
• Experience in leveraging digital (analytical) tools preferred
• Excellent problem-solving skills, including the ability to structure a problem, disaggregate issues, identify root causes, and recommend solutions
• Ability to accomplish work in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
• Professional attitude, work standards, and service orientation
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (e.g., Word, Excel and PowerPoint) required
• Demonstrated research experience in an academic or business setting is preferred
